Pvrivnote is a free online service that lets you send completely private messages through the internet. It's fast, simple, and doesn’t require you to create an account or set a password.

Just write your message and a private link will be generated. You can then copy and paste that link into an email or instant message to the intended recipient. Once they click the link for the first time, the note will appear in their browser and then automatically self-destruct. In other words, the message cannot be accessed again—not even by the same person—and the link will no longer be valid.
